Eligibility

• If you are an individual, you must be at least 18 years old to open an account and use the services.
• You are not located in, controlled by, or a national or resident of Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Canada (collectively, "Prohibited Jurisdictions"), or a person on the economic sanctions list issued by relevant authorities ("Prohibited Persons").
• You shall not provide any digital assets or services obtained or stored to Prohibited Jurisdictions, their nationals or residents, or Prohibited Persons.
• If a state, province, region, or country becomes a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or we decide at our discretion, the website may immediately cancel and/or suspend your account or block transactions that do not meet the eligibility requirements of this agreement without notice.

Account

1. Create Account

1.1 To use the services, you must create an account. You will be required to provide certain registration details and information identifying each person opening an account. We may, at our discretion, refuse to open an account for anyone. We do not allow you to open duplicate accounts and will open one and only one account per user.

1.3 You need to provide a valid mobile phone number and email address to open an account, which may need to be verified by us, and you must set a password for your account.

Services

The website allows users to buy and sell digital assets through the internet by creating, hosting, maintaining, and providing our services. Specifically, our services include:

The risks of using the services are entirely at your own risk and may be significant. We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. All transactions are automatically completed according to your instructions, and you are fully responsible for determining whether any transaction, trading strategy, or related transaction is suitable for you based on your personal investment objectives, financial situation, and risk tolerance. No guarantee against loss is provided.

Fees

We may charge you for using any or all services. You can view the fee schedule for specific services on the website and application. Fees for transferring digital assets. We reserve the right to charge fees for transferring digital assets into or out of your account. Your digital asset wallet service provider may also charge transaction fees and other fees related to transferring digital assets to your account.

Modifications and Terminations

We may from time to time revise, modify, update, and change any terms and conditions contained in this agreement. We will notify you of any revisions, modifications, updates, and changes by posting a new version of the agreement here or by email. Any new version of this agreement will take effect immediately upon posting on the website or application, and your use of the website, application, and/or services after any change to this agreement will be deemed your acceptance of the content of the new version of the agreement.

User Declaration

By using the services, you explicitly declare and warrant:<br> 1. You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement;<br> 2. You will use this website, application, and services according to our terms of use and fulfill all of your obligations;<br> 3. Your use of the services will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, and you will not use the services for any illegal activity as defined by applicable laws;<br> 4.
